Built in the 9th century, it is only about 8 meters long, but of great historical significance.<\/p>\n\n<p>Despite its modest size, the church impresses with its unique construction: The walls are up to 57 cm thick, and the arrangement of the windows is designed to make symbolic shapes appear on the floor at certain times when sunlight enters \u2013 a testament to the impressive knowledge of the builders of that time.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the past, Sveti Kri\u017e served not only as a place of worship but also as a calendar and sundial.
